Guest firetotheworks Posted June 13, 2014 Share Posted June 13, 2014 There's something poetic about Spain passing the ball around for 40 minutes to get 1 goal, then have Holland play one ball over the top and equalize right at the end of the half. It's kind of beautiful. Spain have been trying quite a few early balls over the top though and are looking for the striker a lot quicker than in the past. If Casillas had stayed on his line, RVP would've simply changed his tactic, brought the ball down and shot, or even volleyed it first time.
