Reckon Africa and Asia may lose a couple of spots each for the next WC.

Disappointing showing by both federations so far.

Why do that when...http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24701131

Yay! More TV deals for FIFA and dilution of quality for the watcher.

I'm struggling to think of what other 8 teams could compete. We're scraping the barrel as it is.

But even if they get them out, how do you re-distribute.

I think Concacaf has a good chance to cement a 4-team spot as opposed to 3.5

Africa should definitely get a half reduced. This will be the 2nd WC in a row Cameroon will leave with 3 defeats, Nigeria haven't won a WC game since 1998....Ghana couple very possible finish with 3 defeats as well.

I think a half may be added to either CONMEBOL or CONCACAF at expense of AFC/CAF.

Big day for AFC tomorrow. Need a Japan win badly.

#12 is reprehensible

Did you go through with predicting that Cameroon would finish second in this group?

:'(

Ah, that's why this post was needlessly dickish

I'm hoping that somehow Mexico and Croatia get through

Oh aye, a Cameroon team who have been beaten twice, and have nothing to play for, are definitely going to beat Brazil. Nailed on.
