Wish we would really go for this. since we will probably lose against Man City, a four game losing streak would really sour things after such a good run. Would probably expect one of the Ameobi's starting over Remy. Only other youngster really in with a shout is Bigi. David28 Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 Harper was a great back up keeper. I remember a UEFA Cup match in 2005 against Lisbon (the first leg which we won 1-0 iirc). Given got injured, he came on at HT and immediately produced a great save. (Just one example). Elliot, though, is just about ok for us as a back up keeper. It's no priority to buy a new GK surely.
