Tiresias Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 Anita is a more focused player, Cabaye could play almost any role in midfield pretty well, deep lying or attacking player and can defend, albeit his main weakness is he is pretty slow, and ends up conceding petty fouls as he hasn't the pace to get back fully. Tiresias Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 I think the only reason Anita is 'smarter' in possession is he has a different role though, Cabaye is meant to take the risks with through balls and creating chances, i think Cabaye probably could play it safer and recycle possession pretty well. Anita is such a vital player for us as he makes us tick. I love Anita but lets be real here Cabaye is better in almost every department. I meant it as the untouchables (Sissoko and Gouffran) wont get dropped for Cabella and unfortunately Anita will be the one who'll suffer..
