The price is not too clever, but he is an English attacking player, so it is expected. Two years ago, Dwight Gayle was older than Wickham is currently and playing for a side that was relegated from the Championship. He cost eight million pounds. The market is very silly. Makes sense, I think he'd be good if played through the middle, Poyet put him there due to lack of options and it worked, but he hasn't really done much or developed in four or so years.
