They have a set of owners worse than Ashley. Word on the street is, they didn't want to pay a higher rent to Wasps Rugby Football Club, the owners of the Ricoh, which would have happened with promotion . As it turns out Cisse hasn't delivered either, but the principle still holds - you need proven goalscorers at that level if you want to succeed. Leicester just won the League with players like Kante and Okazaki who were unproven Premier players. Good scouting matters and we don't have that at all, hence us buying wrong players. In any case if Rafa stays I trust him to do what's needed. He'll definitely make sure there's a striker who can put them away as part of his team.
