Still at least three teams worse than them this year, though. Laudrup probably did enough to keep them up this year. If they play like this next year they're f***ed. Depends who comes up, though. Sacking Laudrup and hiring monk was stupidity Sacking Laudrup and hiring monk was stupidity A little unfair there, we've played some very good games under Monk (not this one), whether he'll be manager after the season ends is debatable, probably too soon. We look like a team looking over our shoulders, we've had no luck in recent games, even when we've played well so confidence is low. Laudrup was letting things slip, fitness levels were dropping and Laudrup was just too lax. He was also absent a lot.
