If you're supposed to be a hard working midfielder, at least bust a fucking gut getting back to our penalty box when they counter attack us. He spends the game running around trying to look busy without actually looking to get involved and when the ball does get to him he looks for the safest pass possible, which is usually backwards or to the side.
