Guest firetotheworks
I'm willing to ramp up the protesting but for what? Honestly, when are we going to see a player like Ben Arfa play for us again? It was ~20 years between Beardsley and HBA ffs. I don't feel like I have the energy to care knowing that the club willingly threw away what I love about football.
Tiresias
I am tempted to try and get the hba banner in for Hull game. But I just feel flat and s***. Its the final straw for me. Hope HBA plays great for Hull and shows Pardew for the idiot he is. Prob still hang about on general chat and to post the odd gay picture to troll the people who kick off about them. No interest in this club while pardew is here. Tell what tho I am so proud of the hope flag and that we got it to his final game and final apperence at SJP. I know I did something and tried to make a difference. A photoshop banner of pardew as Stalin with 'no hope' under it is needed or something

Dave
HULL City boss Steve Bruce has admitted it will be a challenge to get the best out of Hatem Ben Arfa. The French winger is tying up a move to the Tigers after they were given an extension to the transfer deadline. Ben Arfa is set to end his Newcastle career by signing a season-long loan with Hull, having fallen out with Magpies manager Alan Pardew. And Bruce is confident he can get the 27-year-old’s career back on track. “We’ve been given an extension and we’re hopeful of getting it over the line,” said Bruce. “He is an an exciting talent. The question is can we ignite him again? “Whatever has happened with him at Newcastle has happened. It’s a big challenge for us all. “He wants to get his career kick-started again. Let’s hope I can get the best out of him.” Even taking our catchphrases.

Segun Oluwaniyi
1 win and 4 losses out of seven matches since he was banished. There is not even a justifiable football reason for this idiocy to be sanctioned.
AyeDubbleYoo
The audio sounded much more upbeat than it comes across in text. He'll be mint under Bruce I would think.

Yorkie
Bruce is a good manager who likes to play decent, if a bit functional, football. There's some decent players at Hull too, and Ben Arfa will do well there I'm sure.
Guest firetotheworks
You don't even need to try and get the best out him either, just simply play him when he's at his best.

JJR99
Will always love him for the great memories he's created, on and off the pitch. One of the only players to do so in the Ashley-era of NUFC. It's a massive pity, but probably not a surprise that one man's ego can completely end what could have been a great career here. It seems to be a constant at this club right now, and doesn't look like ending any time soon. Can only wish him all the best. He did an interview where he said he wanted to win trophies here right? Well he's gone somewhere where he has a much better chance and he does deserve it.

tmonkey
Gouffran hasn't played a single good pass, made a single good dribble, provided a single decent cross, or posed any goal threat whatsoever, in about half a year. Jonas a couple of seasons ago spent the entire season on the wing doing absolutely nothing. That's the type of player Alan Pardew wants - and when he gets 'his' players, we'll be in the Championship again in no time. Our best player, someone who the team should have been built around, someone who should have played in his best position in every single minute of Premiership football, someone who constantly tries tried to carry the team and create things out of nothing, has been forced out by a manager who rewards absolutely mediocrity. There really are no words to appropriately describe the absolute farce that has been Pardew's mismanagement of Ben Arfa.
