Unbelievable
What an odd fixture list. Clusters of fairly easy games intermitted with clusters of top 6. Suits Pardew unfortunately.
Paully
I'm sure the Police are looking forward to The Derbies! SJP - The day after 'Black Eye Friday' and the busiest shopping day in Town! SOS - Easter Saturday!

r0cafella
Pardew safe until Christmas 2019 at least Ffs On second thoughts I actually think it's irrelevant, we are clearly trying to gamble until January again which will give Pardew the shit shield he needs regardless of results. Pardew will still be here in 12 months time no matter where we finish imho

nufcjb
The fixtures could work against Pardew though. Apart from the opening match, the games look easy on paper but if he has a poor start, the fans won't wait until the final games of the season to do a walkout again. I doubt Pardew can get away with anymore dodgy performances against the so called smaller clubs especially at the start of the season.

Varadi
2 winnable home games in the first 5 is a chance to get the pressure off early. Lose them though and things could turn ugly quickly....
Guest bimpy474
Do not care until Pardew and then Ashley are gone, or dead.

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Easy run in if we need to survive. The king doesn't do easy, unless it's for the opposition.

Wallace
We have a relatively easy start so if we don't pick up a significant number of points early on, Pardew will be under severe pressure with those sequences of difficult games later on in the season. If we are struggling by December, I cannot see how we would pick up enough momentum from that point onwards to avoid relegation.
54
It's also equally as bad in March and April, so if we are in a relegation battle we are screwed.
ujpest doza
I'm sure the Police are looking forward to The Derbies! SJP - The day after 'Black Eye Friday' and the busiest shopping day in Town! AyeDubbleYoo
Felt totally down when I saw these had come out, never been so unexcited about the start of a season. Not even going to look at them until after the WC at least.
NG32
West Brom to do a Norwich this year? Finish with us, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd & Arsenal Well one established premier Leage team always goes down. We might survive by not being quite rubbish enough to go down.
