Mr. Snrub
River fans were dropping bags full of shit down onto the Boca fans. What the fuck?!
Disco
River fans were dropping bags full of shit down onto the Boca fans. What the fuck?! Be surprised given that away fans are banned currently in Argentina unless happened away from the ground.
Mike
MOTD2 asking if Martinez should be under pressure, after watching that performance They will clearly start picking up results eventually. These same guys won't have abad word said about Pardew. Incredible. Silly Roberto should have been born in England.
Mr. Snrub
Just going off what I've read, unless they were refering to previous derbies.
Disco
Just going off what I've read, unless they were refering to previous derbies. Probably, away fans used to be top tier at Boca and all sorts of shit (excuse the pun) rains down.
Wallsendmag
Tranmere 1-0 Carlisle. The goalscorer was called Max Power which reminded me of an episode of The Simpsons.
Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo has now scored more league goals per game (2.17) this season than 91 of the 97 other teams across Europe's top-5 leagues. Zidane was better.

Ronaldo
Of course. Though you'd both pick Ronaldo over him in an instant if your lives depended on your team winning the title. It's old guff.

Mole_Toonfan
Of course. Though you'd both pick Ronaldo over him in an instant if your lives depended on your team winning the title. It's old guff. Except Ronaldo has won one league title in his time at Madrid. His goals has never guaranteed winning things and it still doesn't.
Ronaldo
He's won four league titles in the best two leagues in the world. Everyone would pick him in that scenario, though some won't admit it.
Guest firetotheworks
I like Zidane more. Ronaldo is clearly better. Sorted.
triggs
I like Zidane more. Ronaldo is clearly better. Sorted. Depends what situation. In a league you would pick Ronaldo but in a cup final you would probably pick Zidane
Mole_Toonfan
I like Zidane more. Ronaldo is clearly better. Sorted. Better at what? Goalscoring against non contenders? Sure but that doesn't mean he's better if it did then Messi overtook Maradona when he was 21. There's a lot more to consider than just stats, especially when the large majority of those stats at Madrid haven't translated to league titles and a lot of the goals happen when the game is already over. In a league you would pick Ronaldo but in a cup final you would probably pick Zidane Ronaldo in both, comfortably.

Just think it's fairly obvious that you'd have Ronaldo. I'm not a stats person but ignoring Ronaldo's stats would be stupid tbh. Pointless bringing Messi into it, considering he's comfortably the best player most of us have ever seen.
Mr. Snrub
Zidane better than Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo
I understand the admiration for Zidane but it's utterly ridiculous to even suggest he's in Ronaldo's league.
Mr. Snrub
People might want to sound hip, cool, knowledgable or whatever by saying different, but Messi and and Cristiano are the 2 greatest players of the this generartion and that is a fact. A fact that shouldn't even have to be argued.
Shayno
Ronaldo has consistently looked a class above even the best players for pretty much his entire career. Certainly can't say the say the about same Zidane. Messi and Ronaldo have clearly and undisputably been the world's top two players for 7-8 seasons or so now. Zidane, whilst a legend, never got anywhere near that kind of dominance.
TaylorJ_01
Ronaldo is an utterly ridiculous man. No-one comes close in my generation other than Messi.
Flip
Yet both won the equal amount of league and CL titles in the equal amount of years at Real. I think Zidane made other around him better and would therefore rather build a team around him. I'm also one of those that rate the WC as the best competition to win so my opinion is maybe not entirely reflective of their club careers. Ronaldo is an utterly ridiculous man. No-one comes close in my generation other than Messi. Messi over the years is more successful and better than CRonaldo man. Not even close in my opinion. It's not until Messi started getting injuries here and there that Ronaldo got close to him and over-lapped him in terms of the best in the world. Mr. Snrub
Even Ronaldinho 2003/08 carried much more dominance than Zidane ever did.
Dr.Spaceman
To say that Zidane was nowhere near as good as Cristiano Ronaldo is ridiculous. I agree, Ronaldo is the better player, but Zidane wasn't that far behind, stop going overboard.
