Flip
Never noticed such a hatred for 3rd/4th place playoff in previous WCs tbh. I've never seen Brazil play this so There's a first for everything I guess. Although I'm starting to get excited for it, time for the team to prove everyone that it was just a freak accident, although I wouldn't be surprised to see us lose by 3 or 4 since the team seems completely down. KaKa
What in the hell is this Maicon bollocks?! ? Our best right back, had an excellent game against Colombia. Man, the guy looks past it. So slow.
Mole_Toonfan
Maicon against Colombia was no better than Alves was against Chile. Both of them are painfully past it, sadly for Brazil there doesn't to be many obvious options coming through.

I don't agree, Maicons game against Colombia was the best fullback performance for this side in the whole tournament. And the best player I saw for our u17 team was Auro, a right defender that is already compared to Dani Alves and plays for Sao Paulo. Hopefully he can keep on developing as he showed a lot of promise.

Wullie
I like the 3rd place game, usually full of goals. Thought Krul might have got a game like.
Flip
https://twitter.com/11neymarteam/status/488034433685942273 Going to be on the bench in uniform apprently. Said it's his choice and he wants to finish what he started with his teammates. Great attitude in my opinion. Could've easily just f***ed off instead of taking all the responsibility that he has in the last few days.

Just think that unlike some players and the coaching staff that has gone hiding he has at least gone out and taken on the responsibility to be the face of the failure despite not having been on the pitch. It's a 22 year old who didn't crumble under pressure and carried the side until he was kicked to bits by a Chilean defender. I understand if you're unable to see past your hatred towards the kid though.
Dr Colossus
Always thought the 3rd place game was more in a "let's have a bit of fun" spirit than "this is pointless we are both losers". Van der Sar's been advising the Dutch team about their attitude towards it, saying how in 1998 they couldn't be arsed about it at the time, but seeing the Croatian players' pride when getting their medals made him realise that they could show their children those for the rest of their lives. He's not some fucking martyr he got injured like many others do look at Reus missing out on maybe a World Cup winners medal he's not sat on the bench tomorrow Look at Falcao who I believe would have helped fire Colombia much further in this tournament And as far as being kicked off the pitch get a grip look at the treatment Rodriguez got from Fernandinho and the rest for the game The whole Neymar shit is sickening and a complete embarrassment just like this Brazil side. Dr Colossus
Also, anyone think Brazil's lineup would fit a 4-3-2-1 with Oscar and Willian the two attacking mids? Knowing Scolari it's going to be a solid 4-2-3-1 with Ramires higher up. Cock piss Scolari. Fuck off Maicon as well.
Pata
The fuck is wrong with him sitting on the bench? Serious question.
Guest Howaythetoon
It's tragic how needy Brazil have become RE Neymar, he is a very good player, but he isn't even world-class and is nowhere near on the level of the players Brazil used to hero worship and never will be.
