Mattoon
I agree, we would be safe if he'd have still been here but I may have had a rage/stress induced coronary by now and the "football" would still be hurting my eyes. He's world class nob, that is all.
Skeletor
Pardew was the abusive husband who could charm the battered wife when he needed to. Carver is the ugly, fat, drunk who gets beaten up by the wife.
Ronaldo
Pardew was the abusive husband who could charm the battered wife when he needed to. Carver is the ugly, fat, drunk who gets beaten up by the wife. And then takes it out on the family dog.
Ste
We might be safe, but since when is that a great accomplishment for a club like this. Merely being happy to stay in the division, how lucky would we be.

Dave
"Alan Pardew is not stupid. He organises teams well but he could see what was happening. “If he’d had an inkling it was going to get better you would not choose Crystal Palace over Newcastle United would you? “That’s no disrespect to Palace. “He knew Newcastle were doing better than they should be. “Maybe he knew he’d done well with the players he had. “They scraped some results but it was going to get worse. “Palace promised him money to buy and invest and he jumped. “Can you blame him?”

Skeletor
Rob Lee is dead to me now. Jesus wept are any of our legends above having their integrity bought?
Interpolic
If Rob Lee means that then he doesn't watch us very much or he knows fuck-all about football, take your pick.
Andymc1
Robert Lee said completely the opposite at the start of the season when he was in The Chillingham. He said he hated Pardew. Fucking turncoat cunt.
Chapo
Aye, he blamed all the derby defeats on the forrins rather than the clip in charge.
Guest firetotheworks
What's wrong with all our "legends" Makes me wanna vomit. One of the worst things to come out of the Ashley era.
themanupstairs
Would much rather remember the likes of him for the magic they produced on the pitch than the utter bollocks they currently spout. Rob Lee is nothing to NUFC now except a legend as a player. Couldn't care less what he has to say.
Paully
Robert Lee said completely the opposite at the start of the season when he was in The Chillingham. He said he hated Pardew. f***ing turncoat c***. Beat me to it mate! He tore him to absolute shreds at The Iona in Hebburn in November! Kept calling him his nickname 'chocolate' which was one of the only nice things he said about him! Unbelievable!
Pilko
When I met Rob Lee (and Bez) last month they were both very critical of Pardew. Shame he hasn't got the arsehole to say it to the press, like.
Darth Crooks
There's a code among the fraternity. They likely despise one another but they never say it or no one deserves to lose their job. It's proper weird like.
Skeletor
There's a code among the fraternity. They likely despise one another but they never say it or no one deserves to lose their job. It's proper weird like. If your boss asked you in front of a colleague you hated whether you thought that colleague should be sacked you'd probably say no, only because he's there. It's not that unusual.
Darth Crooks
They're not really colleagues though are they?
Skeletor
They're not really colleagues though are they? No but Pardew will still hear his comments. They also have that unwritten code because football is all about jobs for the boys so they all want to stay in everyones good books.
Darth Crooks
I wouldn't give a shit like what the likes of Pardew thought, especially if I was a multi millionaire. Though I understand it'd probably draw more attention than you'd like. You're right though. The code is there and it's endemic
Superior Acuña
It's a very common view of people with very short memories. So many people seem to have no recollection of Jan-October 2014 or the almost-relegation in 2013. It was all erased by the good 2 month run and the persistence of the 'was was 5th' memory. It's baffling really. They really seem to have forgotten.
Heake
The only plus he has a manager is that he`s pone to bouts of unbelievable luck. If it weren't for Ashley he`d probably still be slouched over a table at 3am just about to lump it all on red. I`ll never forgive him for last years SJP Mackem tactics / capitulation.
