There is a one off membership fee of £30,000 +vat for those two seats and a season fee per seat of £15,000 +vat. There is also the Tunnel Club, where fans can watch observe Harry Kane & Co through one-way glass in the tunnel while they dine. Those set in the lower part of the west stand again require a minimum purchase of two seats with a one off membership fee of £30,000 +vat for the two seats. The season ticket fee per seat is £9,500 +vat. There are also sideline suites, or boxes, in the west and east stand, which range from eight to 12 seats and cost between £72,000 and £132,000 for five, seven or ten year terms. That works out at prices from £9,000 a head. Other premium areas are the Super Loge and Loge, which offers a combination of being in a member's club and use of a suite. The Super Loge seats in the west stand work out at between £10,000 and £11,000 + VAT per head and the Loge seats in the east East come in at £7,000 to £9,000 +VAT per head. There are yet more premium areas, with the Sky Lounge, which offers panoramic views across London and holds 516 people. That boasts seats in both the west and east stands with fees per seat ranging from £5,500 to £6,500 +VAT. The classic football fan culture of going to a pub for a couple pre match pints then singing your head off during the game before going for a few post match pints and some stodgy food seems to be starting to die at the top clubs. They have to, the costs of stadiums have sky rocketed over the last 2 decades for various reasons. The mackems built the SoL original size for £15m which is pretty good tbf.
