With Pardew gone, we might actually see this kid get some coaching and become better. Appalling what has happened to others (bigi)

 

That is providing we employ a half decent coach and not a buffoon like Carver

 

As for Alli, looks decent from the little I have seen of him and the price is not that bad when you consider over 10 years ago we paid similar for Jenas

Cool. Interesting we're managing to get talented English youngsters from the lower leagues for reasonable prices now. Pretty weird actually.

 

Maybe it's the whole full money upfront thing, and loaning them back.

That's a huge fee for a League One player. Given how hesitant your board is to part with money, they must see something in that lad.

 

He's been scouted and linked to us pretty much since he was bought through in to professional football. Should be exciting times, should.

This is one of Graham Carr's signings, he has a lot of contacts in the area and lives locally, so you would expect him to be well researched.

 

According to Wikipedia his first touch in senior level football was a back heel.
