Guest antz1uk Posted February 19, 2015 Share Posted February 19, 2015 taking the yougun down to watch this, his first away match, has anyone been down there before got any advice on parking, easiest way of getting there etc? what's it like around the stadium? If you get in nice and early there is some match day parking at Asda next door. Traffic gets bad close to the match though. Away from the redeveloped land though as said above it is rough, more rough than where they used to be. An alternative to parking close is to park in the Ashton area maybe pretend to go shopping in ikea, and get the tram, but you may have to queue to get on the tram after the match.
