Some international sides seem to allocate favoured numbers to players but we've always gone 1-11 in non-tournament games. Never noticed. I knew obviously in tournaments they have squad numbers but this is a tournament, which threw me. David Edgar
Brilliant defending by Trippier. Had to think about 2 men. Commentator says he couldn't quite recover? Is he on bad drugs?

Ste
The reluctance of Grealish to go on the outside is hampering us.

Ste
Di Lorenzo is moving inside before Grealish even starts to dribble. If we exploit that, we’re in.

Doctor Zaius
Very much like the glorified international friendly that it is, mind youd expect more given there is a WC around the corner.

Interpolic
The first half was pretty entertaining from both sides tbf. Second half awful though, so boring.
Ste
Far too many safe options taken. Seems to only be Kane now with any kind of directness. Can’t believe no one has told Grealish to do his full back a favour and take more than one touch with his weaker foot. Bellingham, where possible and without hindering his development with too many games played, should play. JWP happy to watch and not participate. joeyt
The lad Gnonto who's come on for Italy is only 18 and has won 3 caps already. Yet he plays for FC Zurich. You can't imagine him staying in that league very long if he's making the national team already

Guest
5 substitutes is shit, like. Worst move in football for years. Could understand it through Covid but to make it permanent is crap.

ilikenewcastle
Can't read too much into these end of season games, but we've been worryingly average since the Euros.
