Hasn't had that many big injuries in his career and he's been playing football at the very highest level for coming up to like 15 years. Telling he bottled taking that pen midweek too. Van Gaal is a terrible manager for Rooney, imo. He changes things too much, moves him around, and hasn't looked to provide someone to support him up top, which he absolutely needs. He's a player that comes deep to receive and either play others in and look to get in to a scoring position for a return. Or have someone create space for him to take it or turn and drive at the box.
