Dave
Is that Shovkoskyi keeper playing for Kiev the same guy that was between the sticks when we played against them in 1997? Yep, he's been playing for them since 1993.

Disco
Who would've thought that after buying Vietto and Jackson, and having Griezman already in the squad, Atlético would have such trouble finding goals. Reckon they've become so fixated on being focussed on tight defending they've lost their limited way going forward. Doesn't help Griezman is off form at the moment, Carrasco missing too. Their two wildcard players.

Their two wildcard players. Yeah, they are slow and dull going forward. Teams got savvy enough to not let Griezman run wild on the counter, and they don't seem to have much more venues of creating chances at the moment. They are missing Turan, on that regard. Wullie
Disco, why was there a Europa game tonight?
joeyt
Maybe with Porto game at home tomorrow and it was a police problem with them and Braga being reasonably close geographically
Disco
Disco, why was there a Europa game tonight? No idea. Can only assume Braga falls within Porto when it comes to being allowed to play at same time. They're both close although not really. Stinker of a tie too. Wullie
Ta. One thing I found myself Googling the other night is why do Reading always kick off at home at 8pm? Something to do with the buses apparently.

When Barça gets a 22.00 Sunday kickoff you have to run like Usain Bolt to be able to catch the last subway home (subway closes at 00.00).
Nobody
How, in a city as fucking massive as Barcelona, does the subway not run for longer than midnight? Even here in Stockholm it runs to 1 on a Sunday.

Can see them 1-0 over 2 legs until the semi's.
