M4
Alan Smith was the ultimate coward. The epitome of where the fighting spirit, getting stuck in mentality breaks down. There's nothing brave or commendable about chasing shadows for whole games and deliberately hacking players down from behind because you're too shit to keep up and being booked after 10 minutes. Just destructive. Where Smith is the worst example of that sort of player David Batty is the good one.
Yorkie
Smith's probably the worst I've ever seen for us (who's played more than just a few matches, like). Disgustingly bad player.

Yorkie
Dyer not even mentioned I considered slotting him in somewhere, like, given that run of games he had in 06/07. He and Martins linked up really well during that little spell.

ponsaelius
Owen should joint bottom with Smith for shagging horses.

Interpolic
Cole's one of the best strikers we ever had and Owen doesn't belong in that company IMO.
Deuce
Krul Janmaat Taylor Colo Enrique Tiote Cabaye Sissoko Ben Arfa Cisse Ba Subs: Harper Debuchy Mbemba Santon Wijnaldum Remy Carroll
Pilko
Genuinely astounded at the amount of these lineups that include Tiote. The bloke has been absolute dogshit since the back end of 2012, with the exception of about two or three matches.
Guest
Has anyone else been better in midfield than what Tiote was before then though?

The bloke has been absolute dogshit since the back end of 2012, with the exception of about two or three matches. Tiote was great for a little while though. Remember him bossing Arsenals midfield by himself back in 2011 or 2012.
ponsaelius
Tiote was great for 2 years 2010-2012. He's been utter shite since then, but thats besides the point. Who displaces him? Anita? Colback? Perch? We've played trash in midfield consistently for a while now.
Mole_Toonfan
Not like this team is ever gonna play together, would rather put Wijnaldum in there regardless of what's he done so far.
