Best NUFC XI in the Post-Relegation Era

Alan Smith was the ultimate coward. The epitome of where the fighting spirit, getting stuck in mentality breaks down. There's nothing brave or commendable about chasing shadows for whole games and deliberately hacking players down from behind because you're too shit to keep up and being booked after 10 minutes. Just destructive.

Where Smith is the worst example of that sort of player David Batty is the good one.

Dyer not even mentioned  :huff:

I considered slotting him in somewhere, like, given that run of games he had in 06/07. He and Martins linked up really well during that little spell.

What's your beef, shnuckems?

Genuinely astounded at the amount of these lineups that include Tiote. The bloke has been absolute dogshit since the back end of 2012, with the exception of about two or three matches.

Tiote was great for a little while though. Remember him bossing Arsenals midfield by himself back in 2011 or 2012.
