We played well today, were in complete control even when down to 10 men, got fucked over by the ref, and only one goal could be considered our fault, there were positives today IMO. Compared with the previous five, we played much better. Since when was dominating one half of football and fluffing a few half chances enough to say we were definitely going to win the game? As half time approached, my overwhelming feeling was simply that we would pay for not scoring. They weren't going to just get battered for 90 minutes without creating a chance, it doesn't work like that, and recent history shows that they are usually clinical in this fixture. They lost to Watford yesterday, but opened them up with ease and were a bit unlucky to lose. Our defence won't be good enough to keep them out, so our finishing will have to be as good or better than it was against Norwich if we're to get anything.
