Dave Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 Assuming we still pay in full up front, given the position Swansea are in (dropping down the league, in need of a change, maybe wanting funds to attract their next manager etc) you can imagine them being quite keen to take £12m for a player that doesn't want to give everything for them any more. The thing I don't get about this argument is that there is every chance that his attitude will change just by him making the move, it could make him more determined. In a way it's like when anyone gets a new job, when you first start you are determined to make sure you get off on the right foot, so you put in as much effort as possible to make sure you give the right impression.
