Not liking this tbh. If he gets the chop in the immediate future, Parish and the players will be painted badly and this guy gets to preserve his reputation. The media and his knobhead friends will say far too early to sack him, should have given him time, didn't get the players he wanted, lost Bolasie and Gayle and other fucking useless excuse. He needs to survive this transfer window and let the rot start and continue into the winter. Yes his decisions from the start of the year has been horendous but if he goes now, he'll definite play the victim card.

Linked with Krul now. If we get promoted next time we play them we could be lining up against a former toon eleven.

If we get promoted chances are we won't play them next season.

Good point.

"Football Managers and Players divide support.

Newcastle fans never wanted him in the first place."

"I forgot about this - they wanted one of their own. Like John Carver - 'Best manager in the premier league' (or world (can't remember) by his own admission."

:pilko: :nope:

What does he do that makes him have a good first season and then for it to go tits up after that ?

Exactly what he does in his media engagements; completely bluffs his way through it. Players respond to the method of delivery for a while.

Someone on the Palace forum

Tbf, we've got people on here saying that getting Rafa was a mistake. The point stands though, the people on that forum don't have a clue about what he was like up here.

Hope to see some Palace fans get on his back even further tonight seeing Gayle score again and they're still to replace him.

Don't want him to burn too quickly, let him smoulder and do more damage.

No surprise all his mates are total bellends too. Gale, Woodman, Bright, Milosevic, Wright, Llambias, Pot and Carver all absolute cunts of the highest order only surpassed by the King.

There’s a story about Alan Pardew that you’ll probably know, but it’s absolutely worth recounting here if you aren’t aware of it. And, indeed, if you are. The tale comes from Pardew’s West Ham days, told by former club photographer Steve Bacon, who claimed that one day the coaching staff were sitting down for dinner. When their food arrived, the story goes that Pardew took one look at fitness coach Tony Strudwick’s dinner, decided that looked better than his choice, so just took it. In response protests from everyone present, Pardew simply responded: “When you’re the king, you can do anything.”
