Clearly one of the best managers around, track record Champs League winner etc....But if any of his recent predecessors had picked some of those starting line ups they would have rightly "taken some stick". Surely it is pretty obvious that Lascelles on current form is worth a start. Playing Ginio as a holding midfielder (if he must play at all given his recent lack of anything) is surely not right on any level. Don't see anything Rapper has done that has moved us forward - so do I conclude that we are sh1t and you cannot polish a turd or RB does not have the transforming powers of someone like Nigel Pearson

This characters thing is seriously overstated like. You can buy championship level character pretty easily imo.
