It's fair to say that if we go down and he leaves immediately I'll still think he's mint. There's just something about him that seems absolutely right and genuine and I really like that.

Would help if you said which comments you were referring to, tbf.

If it's the one about him being the greatest ever human to grace the planet, then he couldn't be more wrong.

My good mate is a Liverpool fan and he thinks he will stay even if we go down providing he gets absolute full control of the club and he means academy, reserves, coaching, the pitches, the absolute fucking lot which he had at Liverpool for a time.

My mate says Rafa is rich and has never been about money and he isn't ego driven either, i.e. he doesn't have to be at the biggest club with the best players. Its all about how he can sculpture a club in his own image. But he warns that Rafa is ambitious and is all about winning. Winning matches and winning trophies.

Transfer money will also be a big issue. He likes to develop players and gives youth more than a fair chance, but to win things you need good players and they cost good money. He will want full control of player recruitment.

I personally would love him to stay, but even if he did I can see him being pissed off with the owner and leave at some point. In short he is too good for our cunt of an owner.

My god though, I now actually want us to win and stay up, if even just for Rafa. He has brought a dignified and professional approach to the club, a calm air surrounds the club despite our precarious position. Rafa instill belief, respect and hope.

The players fought like demons yesterday, men possessed at times. They believe they can stay up and do good things under Rafa, they clearly want to stay up in order to be around for the Rafa revolution if you like.

Footballing wise, he's not my cup of tea and never will be. I'm more in the KK camp when it comes to football, but his in game management is fantastic and I feel even if we are losing, all is not lost under Rafa because HE himself can influence results.

Imagine him with a good team and good players...

Well, you only have to look at his CV to see what happens when he has such things at his disposal!

By the way, you can see why LFC fans went a bit OTT in their admiration and love for Rafa. On the outside it looked cringetastic, but now we are on the inside if you like, well, he is clearly a lovable bloke. Obviously we have put up with some right cunts which makes Rafa even more of a god like man by just being a good bloke and a capable, but he is something else. He's special, like KK was, like Sir Bobby and Hughton. I fucking love him me like :D

He rolled up to Anfield and won us the European Cup. What counts as OTT under those circumstances?

??? You don't trust Rafa?

RAWK is always going off the deep end. None of the Rafa stuff even comes close to the mod-led insanity that went down when Kenny was back in charge.

Of course I trust him but I always felt LFc fans were quite cultish when it came to Rafa and extremely so with Dalglish. Mind LFC fans booed Rafa's team off the park during a draw that sent them top once...
