Colback and Anita in the same midfield is a massive no no as we have seen Midfield's been fine TBF, as you'd expect against Southend. Hayden looks a bit limited but he's put some decent tackles in. Considering how limited our other midfielders are defensively, I like the idea of him in there sitting deep and keeping it simple. Protecting the others and covering for their limitations.
