Scoreboard82 Posted August 31 Share Posted August 31 Blue Star missed a golden opportunity today. 2 up after about 15 mins v Hallam in the FA cup 1st qualifying round. They gave away a pen which was saved early in the 2nd half but Hallam scored from the resulting corner. They equalised from another corner soon after. Heading for a replay when a sloppy Blue Star pass on the half way line resulted in the Hallam winner from, you guessed it, yet another corner. Blue Star? More like blew it star. He's picked Gateshead, we get in free there so I'm not complaining so will make do with following the Stan game on Twitter. Possibly the most hopeless officiating I have ever seen, referee looked about 12 and never left the centre circle. Best performance of their season from what I've seen, got a lucky OG to win it 3-2 right at the end but overall well deserved I'd say.
