Segun Oluwaniyi
I respect Messi as much as any athlete, but I won't cry for any nation that doesn't qualify. No one cried for us in 2006, no one is crying for the Netherlands now. Egypt is a wonderful football nation and hadn't qualified in 28 years. You have to earn your way to this tournament. If Argentina don't make it they won't have earned it. Why would this possibly concern me?
Mole_Toonfan
f*** Argentina, be funny if they didn’t qualify. Most of their squad is s*** in anyway, they are relying on Messi and Aguero these days. Relying on Aguero? Que? Aguero has been shite for Argentina for as long as I can remember. Ameritoon
2-0 Trinidad  I actually want the Americans to qualify, but they are really working hard to avoid it. Always a good idea to play one center mid behind three attacking players when all you need is a draw

Geordie Ahmed
If Argentina concede a goal now, that would have them level with Peru on points and GD, is it goals scored that determines who is ahead?
Flip
2-0 Gabriel Jesus. Chile depending on everyone else now. *what a fucking goal that is. Coutinhos pass, Neymar's control and perfect lay to Gabriel Jesus.

Segun Oluwaniyi
Trinidad & Tobago makes it 2-0. Honduras equalizes. US in trouble now. Costa Rica scores to help them out. Mexico as well. Mexico returning the favour from four years ago, when America saved them. Goals for Brazil, which puts nearly everyone other than Uruguay on the precipice of elimination. A goal anywhere changes everything.
Flip
Peru to the playoffs as it stands but Paraguay surely can't fail to qualify with only having to beat Venezuela at home.

Geordie Ahmed
Argentina fine with a draw now? Aye, though if Paraguay score as you would expect them to then a draw won't be enough. Exciting stuff. As long as Messi is at the World Cup I'll be happy.
