It won't though as Chelsea are completely protected and allowed to operate without any consequences.

Contrary to popular opinion I've got no issue with what Chelsea are doing, ultimately the clubs choose not to tighten the rules around such transactions so they've got nobody to blame but themselves.

 

The issueI have is the fact Chelsea broke rules and self reported and as far as I can tell have either got away with it entirely or received a none punishment
