It's just being paid the market value when you look at like other players. It's actually probably quite cheap if it's 70 million versus some of the fees

If PIF wanted too they could pay 80% of Durans wages for us.  
 

But it’s a bigger priority for them to save money on Durans wages than help NUFC it seems. But PIF are doing everything they can to take us to the top.

Moukoko who we were linked with a few windows back has left Dortmund for FC Copenhagen. He was capped by Germany at 17 and is still just 20. Did he turn into shit or what happened?

Is he one that is potentially older than they think he is? Hence why he was so good at junior level because he was actually a few years older

I think so. Some family member claimed that he was actually 5 years older iirc. I don't think it was ever concluded though.

Surely a better team would have taken a punt on him at that price?

Even being older than he is, he would be a better option to bring off the bench than Callum done more work for DAZN than he has for Newcastle in the last year fucking Wilson.

We've just finished 2nd in the points table for the final 3/4 of the season with a relatively weak squad. We can still compete whilst not being classless.

We're already competing, with two Champions League qualifications and two cup finals, winning one all in a space of 4 years and I think there's more to come. We'll get there, even if it takes a while and might be slower than we'd like, but anyone can see we're getting better every year, on and off the field. And we're still playing fair.

In January transfer window when he was starting a fair amount for Villa? There was definitely European teams linked with him for similar amounts at the time. Problem is now he's on ridiculous wages so he's trying to keep the same wages but play elsewhere.
