I fucking get sick of the he's cleared the debt, he got the club cheaper because of the debt.  He paid £125m for the club which was well below what it is worth at the time he bought it.

Wound me up straight away. How anybody in the media can say "he loaned them £144m and cleared the debt of £76M" without even thinking about how fucking idiotic that is...

They're normally decent tbf, it doesn't always have to be a conspiracy or whatever.

I know that.

Do the beeb have any duty of impartiality on matters such as this? I was just thinking it's great that Shearer can speak freely through the beeb, but then I wonder if they then have to present the opposing side.

I would love for someone on our side to go on FF or something and actually correct people when they say he’s spent x amount of money or cleared the debt. Just to shut people up once and for all.

If they just said one of them it would be bad enough, it's when they say them both in the same fucking sentence without making the obvious connection that grinds my shite.

Whys he suddenly spending his saturdays watching a team he clearly couldn't give a fuck about? Trying to quell the protests? Sticking another 2 fingers up to the fans? Trying to intimidate Rafa and put the pressure on? Or an even more sinister motive?

I don’t get it like. Is it an act? Turns up making it look as if he’s watching every kick? He seemed to make comments about what was going on. Can’t fathom the freak.

He just needs somewhere to go in his lush new HoF brown suit. Obviously takes weeks for those massive jeans to dry after their annual wash, as that suit is all he wears now.

That one.

I wonder if Ashley is anywhere close to sacking Rafa ?

He won't as he doesn't want to pay the contract up which is the reason why Rafa hasn't walked either. Put it this way (before the brigade start on the defensive I'm answering the question as to why) how many other Chairman in the premier would still have in place a manager who has won one of their last 16 games and at risk on losing millions by going down.

From a mercenary hired gun point of view Big Sam's going rate is about £6 million to keep a team up, Rafa will need £3 million to pay off, I could see Mike "The Gambler" Ashley paying that to try and get another seasons TV money...........................and lets face it he stopped caring what the fans think a long time ago and couple that with the amount of happy clappers that fill the stadium, its a risk I could see him taking.

Well if we had a normal Chairman (owner) Rafa would be winning lots of games and this question wouldn’t arise.

True, but Newcastle United need Rafa, Sports Direct United does not.

I honestly think he would have by now though to give Fat Sam or whovever time to turn it round - maybe he has just accepted relegation sooner than the 2 previous seasons we have went down and thinks we will go straight back up again. Only reason I can think of as I said before don't think any other Chairman would not have pulled the trigger by now.

We haven't though and that's why I'm making the point as to why.
