They seem to be recycling photos of them shaking hands at a World Cup match (Russia v Saudi Arabia in Russia in 2018, you see the countries leaders all the time in these situations) and one from a G20 in 2020 where they’re sat next to each other because their countries were next to each other alphabetically.
