No more so than a player going down and getting treatment or a 'keeper taking forever over a goal kick. The game doesn't flow all the time in the first place. It's adding to it. In that instance he watched it over and over about 8 or 9 times. Just felt way too long. So we should see more added time, and we have seem 5+ most matches.
