So the premier league have given the goal to Silva now so should have been disallowed. Madness

They are wrong one way or the other.

 

Why? Silva wasn't offside was he.

 

If Silva touched the ball then Sterling was offside, because it was second phase and he was blocking goal keepers view

Why? Silva wasn't offside was he.

 

Once Silva touched it, it made Sterling (by then in an offside position) active right in front of the GK. It should have been offside, goal was OK if Silva hadn't touched as neither he or Sterling were offside from the initial free kick.

 

That's how it looked to me like.
