Mike Ashley (former owner) (still alive)

Toon for change are releasing their protest scarves for sale at 7pm. They are priced at £7.99.

Are these available online? How is the money generated used to help remove Ashley?

The money generated is used to pay for the cost of the scarf, which can be used to demonstrate protestations against Ashley

Where are these demonstrations going to predominantly take place would you imagine?

They are sold out for now, with new ones being made.

They make no money off the scarves. The company making them sells them directly and did so without any upfront costs. They are giving a percentage of the sale to a charity nominated by Toon for change. Toon for change are also giving an additional top up donation for the first 100 scarves sold.

They are used mostly as a symbol, hopefully people seeing them will want to know more about them and it will help people realise that protest groups are trying to do something.

I get the thinking behind it. But if you're wearing it and screaming "Support the team not the regime!!!" at the match, then sorry but you're part of the problem.

Have my money Mike for a ticket, but you can fuck off if you want my money for a scarf! Protest by not going! It’s the only way!

What about those who wear it and don’t go to games?

Just bought some new Lonsdale slipons for the weekend.

Love this guy, paid for Joelinton with his own money and once drank a pint. Top lad.

Trying his hardest to save the high streets. Should be sainted.
