I think Bolton just had a huge drama over it. A chancer led everyone to believe he was taking over the club, but the money wasn't there and it all fell through. I suppose these people think they can get the ball rolling to show investors they're serious, and then try to raise money. It looks like that's what Peter Kenyon tried to do.
