It's legit. The articles have been drawn up by Pinsents (using their logo) and the shareholder is shown as Bin Zayed Investments LLC. No one would go to such lengths for a laugh (which could of course land you in prison)

So. Can anyone with a bit spare time knock something like this up?  Unemployed smb’s For example.

You need a memorandum of association when setting it up which is signed by the parties creating the company. It's a legal process.

Those of us on the N-O blue’s vs Red’s WhatsApp group already heard from HTT last night about how he was contacted by Eleven Sports who are running a campaign to sell corporate space at SJP, and this isn’t something that has been done in Ashley’s tenure. True to his word HTT provided us with a contact numbers, and I spoke to the guy who was making the calls. Apparently everything is up for grabs, not just corporate boxes, but matchday and stadium sponsorship/advertisements.

It might just be Ashley eventually changing and trying to increase revenue streams elsewhere, it might be an indication of a change in ownership.

Took their time setting this company up if it’s real. Only just registered today!

It doesn't take very long, acquisition vehicles are often only registered at the last minute and often the day before the closing and funding of an acquisition.

IMO this is the strongest indicator to date that the deal is done.

Using fraudulent documentation "would" land you in prison.

Not a chance this is fake. Doesn't mean it's going to happen, but at least it proves "something" is happening.

Gut says fake. If it's not well... its 100% happening.

Midhat is also called Sheikh, just to confuse things.

It's a legal process and just say it was a fake (not a chance imho), then the person setting up the company will probably be doing some jail time as they have also created a signed memorandum of association.

and knowing how the world works it would probably land you more prison time than most crimes

Why would they register it any earlier if it's not required?

Why expend the legal fees to do it unless you think you'll use the acquisition vehicle?
