He really must be the least abysmal in a truly appalling bunch. It's mainly because Bruce doesn't like playing without a six footer in the forward line. I know Gayle was playing as the main striker yesterday, but maybe Bruce was hoping Joelinton would be in there battling for the long balls pumped from the back. We didn't have the defenders to pass it out from the back yesterday so every goal kick was hit towards Joelinton on the left wing. We just don't pass the ball well enough to play without a big striker. I think we could, but it would take some hard work on the training ground and some in depth coaching drills. The only football brain ashley has ever had at the club giving him good advice ,he then chooses to completetly ignore it in favour of his own , despite admitting he knows f*** all about football. This despite he was average too? The guy is a complete donkey, not a 40p player never mind anything else. Does he get enough service? No. But there is no excusing how shit he is in his all-round play and game or lack of. By the way from what I was watching, it was 4-5-1 with Gayle the lone striker who did more than Jokelinton has done all season in that one cameo.
