This is a close to a fifth of Burnley's capacity, but will be a much smaller fraction of Manchester United's. Guessing it's about reducing risk and those with larger stadiums would typically have people travelling longer distances which would increase risk. That's the only thing I can think of- limit crowding in pubs (if open), on buses etc. Not an ideal solution given the variations in stadium capacities, locations etc but it's a way to get fans back in swiftly I suppose. Presumably over next fee months they'll look to move away from one-cap-fits-all and judge each venue on its merits? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
