Tachikoma
If Pardew is still manager in 2014, 10. It will be too late to change anything by that point.
midds
Still think it's 50/50 as to whether or not we go down. I'm at a solid 5.
Yorkie
In addition to there being a poor tactician in the dug out, there's virtually no desire at the club - from the owner to the subs bench. Relegation is a very real possibility but my gut says we'll stay up, loitering around 11th-17th all year, much like last season. I can't, in a million years, see us challenging the top 6 again - quite how we managed it a couple seasons back I will never know. Momentum, I suppose. It wouldn't be overly pessimistic to suggest it'll be like this until Ashley is gone. The only way I can see it changing is if we replace the shit puppet with a better one. Pardew certainly isn't going to galvanise us again because he's so desperately negative, and it has rubbed off on the entire squad (and SJP, apparently). I'm going through waves of being utterly apathetic to utterly depressed. There's absolutely nothing to be optimistic about as things stand.
Tachikoma
I'll be amazed if we manage 11-17th, how many teams can do that with a 1 goal in 4 ratio?
geordiedean
We have scored 4 goals since 30th March 2 of them being gifts from Jose Bosingwa.... We are a club that is shot and lost the ability to win games We will be down by Easter IMHO
Decky
We'll find it extremely difficult to get back up with Pardew or Kinnear as well.
NG32
Sad state of affairs when we can all see the problems from last season, just two games into this one. The media is not picking up on it and the club wankers and bluffing to fuck. If no players come in other then Remy already being here and Pardew stays on, we are screwed. mrmojorisin75
Still a six for me. Window didn't make things particularly worse for us, just didn't make it better. Down to Pardiola now, he's stumbled on a team that is almost functioning, last time he did that he went out of his way to not play it again. If he starts fucking with Anita - Sissoko to accommodate Tiote, Cabaye and Jonas we'll most likely repeat last season's pish.

AyeDubbleYoo
Well that's 20-30%, which is probably slightly too high TBH. Guess it accounts for the theoretical season in which HBA, Cisse and Colo all get injured.
Guest Roger Kint
Still unlikely to go down, 2 or 3 for me. Was 3 before, not changing it tbh. Few bad injuries and i would though but not as it stands.

Is that side that didn't turn up in just as much trouble if not more than us given they were shite. That would leave two spots to avoid.

Persisting with this meaningless statement I see People were insisting we were 100% down last season and yet here we remain. We have a far better chance of staying up than going down, I'm sure the vast majority of neutrals would agree. I lie somewhere between 1 and 2. Wilson
The fact we stayed up by the skin of our teeth last season, have lost a couple of 'squad' players and made one loan signing probably makes people worry. Especially considering how much most teams have pushed on since last season.
Hanshithispantz
3 we'll be alright if we're not raped by injuries.
mrmojorisin75
as a team we really look on a knife edge to me, could go either way at this stage...click together and go on a run or fall apart quickly and repeat last season's squeaky arse time something like a win at villa could be a catalyst for us, however a demoralising defeat could take things the other way...when was the last time we played well away from home? QPR was the last win but we were fuckin horrible that day and wouldn't have won if it weren't for bosingwa that's why i'm around the 50/50 mark, edging towards 60/40 'cause i think pardiola will lead us to our doom vs. villa through his fear injections

Bit melodramatic.

mrmojorisin75
what i mean is we're at a stage as a football team where we're apparently trying to play football but we're not really very good at it yet, the outcome of the next few games could be massive for us if we go to villa, attack them and take the 3 points we could push on, but if we lose it might have the opposite effect (especially on the manager) we've seen pardew's reaction to bad defeats and how he reacts when he tries different things and it doesn't work, i'm not being melodramatic at all tbh, nor am i saying a loss to villa will seal our doom or anything of the sort
