I thought this was purely about whether or not the CAT had jurisdiction, so surely that's purely an argument about process, rather than anything to do with our relationship with the PL during the failed takeover? If so there's no chance we win that. Yeah I assume your right there, Or to arbitrate that the KSA doesn't need to be down as a Director from the PL's point of view.
