you have absolute zero idea how the chief operating officer performed in her job. I dare say there is a more thorough process than “fuck me Man Utd are shit”

Also it’s been said many times by the like of caulkin etc there were some very talented people working at Newcastle under Mike Ashley but they weren’t able to do their jobs properly. Just the fact she’s applying for another job probably tells you she’s being hamstrung in her job

The Man Utd COO will have been responsible for both all the crazy waste Man Utd genuinely have had, and then the vicious cost cutting they’ve now done on lower paid staff as a result.

Would you really want someone who signed off on all their daft contracts, let their stadium fall to bits and then penny pinched on people like the canteen staff.

The commercial directors were others, (who have also been fired)

Roche joined in 2018 and her background is HR

Perhaps she had no choice, perhaps that’s why she might be looking for a new job. We wouldn’t know.

Is (fan)Frank a legit ITK sauce with his finger on the pulse of our CEO recruitment process and would be privy to who had sent their CV's in ?

Only asking because I've never heard of the cunt

Call me a Doubting Thomas, but if it's on the Twatter I just presume it's 100% lies and then wait to see if it can be proved otherwise

Don’t need a crystal ball to see we’re on an upward trajectory in spite of the cartels efforts to hold us back. Why wouldn’t you want to join the ride if you were ambitious and wanted a new challenge.

I’d wager that a scurrilous rumour scrawled in biro on the wall of a cubicle in a men’s public toilet is more likely to be true than something written in the Daily Mail

We'd need to know what she was responsible for first. However, being the COO of one of the biggest shitshows we've seen in years doesn't scream excellence. She may well have had little/nothing to do with the circus that club has become but I'd suggest her title means she was heavily involved. Obviously I'm looking at it from the outside and she could have been ignored, undermined or whatever, we don't know enough. Gut instinct is to run a mile from anyone remotely influencial in the demise of Man U

Didn't someone on here suggest he was a candidate for the CEO job here? Or was it someone else at Gymshark?

I work with a colleague who lives next to his brother and he’d said he’d been interviewed for the job. I posted it here some time ago. Just checked it’s the brother of former CEO Steve Hewitt who told my colleague  that he’d been interviewed for the job (they are neighbours).

Bit random that he was considered.

He was in the year below me. Does he still live around Worcestershire?
