Easier sure, doesn't make it the right call

Problem is he bought the majority of the squad. It’s why it’s crucial the director of football isn’t chosen by him.

Sadly not been good enough this year at all - depending on how invested the board is this summer and what other options are available you have to wonder do they stick with him or let him go because it ain't going to get any better for the reason of this season.

It's at the stage of the season where you know what this season is and its nothing more than very average.

Aye, let down by those above him

If a new manager can mean we've not already played 39 games with up to another 20 to go with a tired and injury-stricken squad, I'd consider a change.

After all he's done he deserves the whole season, but we do not know what the owners think and whether they suddenly bin him. They were trigger happy enough on the women's coach.

His biggest issue is that he hasn't found a way to replace Tino or Hall when they are injured, everytime one or both of them are out we struggle.

Is it because he wasn't backed in the transfer market or because he has too much fair in players who are 30+ in Tripps and Burn who can't offer what they do.

The tiredness excuse can’t absolve all the issues we are seeing mind. We where shit before the congestion.

For the first time I'm going to say it but I think he needs to go as the first signs are there that he's starting to tarnish his legacy here. I would hate it to go really sour for him. Far too much respect for the man.

The performances and results are absolutely miles away from where they need to and he looks bang out of ideas anout how to turn it around. We'll finish bottom half this season no doubt about it.

We've been shit since the start of the season, can't blame congested fixtures for that.

This.

1000 times this.

I find these reactions absolutely baffling.

Think it's fairly obvious our squad just can't cope with this amount of fixtures.

Not sure this is something you simply solve with a few new players, he's unable or unwilling to adapt tactically and hasn't been able to solve this mentality shift which now sees us having dropped 18 points from winning positions, which I think is the worst in the league.

I really love the bloke for what's he's done here but I'm losing trust in his ability to turn this around and to be good enough to lead us to that elite level in the future. I also don't trust him with another 200 million in the summer.

I'm not saying it does. It's the biggest thing holding us back/preventing us from improving though imo.

Question for me is what the fuck is happening in the offices.
