Some of the problem are self inflicted though, Howe’s treatment of Woltemade for one.

When he was starting was being bullied and being dispossessed every time he got the ball.

Wouldn't even try to get on the end of crosses.  He seems to get better on here the more he doesn't play.

Are you Howe in or Howe out?

I’m unsure. Can see both the potential upsides and the downsides of either replacing him or keeping him.

I’ve been weighing up the options for weeks now and I think it’s a very tricky call. Am glad I’m not the one who has to make it.

Why ?

With Isak, Gordon, Bruno, Hall on top form we were never boring.

Our league cup run to the trophy wasn't  dull.  Tactically brilliant, with enjoyable football.

He needs the players which fit.  Needs some help there.

I just mean this year.

"Eddie's teams always click in December/January"

"It'll get better when he gets training time & one game a week"

Any advance on the next prophecy?

“Another summer and we’ll be better”

Could completely derail whatever is left of the project. As has been said hundreds of times, what he’s achieved here has been incredible, but the future looks bleak.

Truth is the run of form we’re in could have got him sacked if it was the start of the season. I think his position will be reviewed at the end of the season regardless.

He overachieved with Bournemouth. Every season they stayed up, was a blessing for them. That bubble was going to burst sooner or later. Look at the names in that squad.

That’s not quite the case - Howe did an excellent job at Bournemouth, but it wasn’t a miraculous one.  Bournemouth spent a fortune to get up to the top flight.  So much that they breached the FFP regs by a decent margin.  I don’t at all think that this invalidates the achievement, but it wasn’t exactly the same as Wimbledon’s rise through the divisions - Howe was massively backed by a billionaire owner.

Every season that he's started without Europe he's went on to get us Champions League football.

Played 20mins, completed two passes. One was a great dink over the Arsenal back line and deserved to be put away, but one good pass per game is his average output and we need more than that

Agree with who ?

If you’re on about UncleBingo I think he’s talking absolute shite. And he called me “kidda” when I’m nearly 50.

“22 years ago we appointed Souness after Robson so therefore if we replace Eddie it’s probably doomed to fail because of history” is possibly one of the most ludicrous opinions I’ve heard in my life.

Get rid of Osula up top honestly he does nothing

His pace is an asset but he’s so raw. He got through in the first couple of minutes, won a couple of free kicks. He’s the least of our problems right now. If only we had someone with the vision, weight of pass and technical ability to play him through…..

How does that mean he will deliver that next season though?

How many opportunities did Arsenal make? Two? They were in the lead and didn’t do anything. Their manager celebrated wildly after beating our rather dilapidated team 1-0. We had more possession than them and they were at home.

A front three of Osula, Ramsey and Murphy with Willock in midfield. Miley and Burn at full back. We did pretty good tbf.

He’d never got Bournemouth relegated until he got them relegated.

Creating next to nothing when we need a goal is not pretty good. There is no style points in football.
