Would rather we don’t play him for the rest of the season and not risk making it worse, we’ve got enough to be safe.

It's a broken bone, the only way it gets worse if it gets broken again. Nothing stopping that happening first week of next season. If he's fit, he has to play.

It's been covered plenty in this thread, straight after he broke it. There are so many complications with a broken metatarsal, given the amount of stress your feet are under just walking, let alone playing professional football. Until it's fully healed he won't be able to train fully. The ONLY way to ensure it's healed properly is complete rest. That's what people mean by not rushing him back.

if we can get 3 points against Wolves I honestly think he won't play again this season. Or at least not till the final couple games. If we're pretty much safe after this coming weekend there is no need to risk anything, may as well hold him back for next season.

You’ll have a wheelie bin and you’ll be thankful for it.

What even are those machines anyway?

AlterG treadmills. They basically reduce the load on your joints and allow you to exercise sooner than you would otherwise be able to. 'AlterG' because it's meant to reduce the effects of gravity.

Sam Fender is a class act, lyrically and musically he is a real talent.  Such a refreshing change from acts that just regurgitate someone else's music to a different beat, call it sampling and claim it as their own

Think it's for a VO2 max test.

'VO2 max refers to the maximum amount of oxygen you can utilize during exercise. It's commonly used to test the aerobic endurance or cardiovascular fitness of athletes before and at the end of a training cycle. VO2 max is measured in milliliters of oxygen consumed in one minute, per kilogram of body weight (mL/kg/min)'.

Might do altitude training by restricting the oxygen to replicate altitude as you get performance benefits from it (see cycling).

Oh as the above says measuring VO2 max.
