All the best to the lad, he was superb loan signing, definitely helped keep us up when we looked sunk.  Comes across as a good bloke and solid pro, too. 

 

Might be a bit mean-spirited, but he’s probably been the worst permanent transfer of Howe’s managerial reign - which says a lot about just how well our transfers have worked, as I still think he’s a solid pro who would do a good job for a bottom six PL team.

Good pro and never let us down when playing. Key involvement in possibly my favourite goal of the last 15 years (Bruno v Leicester).

 

He did just seem to throw in the towel once he got his permanent move though, which was quite disappointing as although his ceiling may not be as high as Hall or Tino, he’s certainly good enough to have played more than he has done.

 

Hope it’s a good move for him.

Super harsh to say he threw in the towel, he got very unlucky with fitness/injuries and just couldn’t bounce back from it. Wish him all the best, he played a huge part in keeping us in the league.
