Talk online of 17 dead but bbc just said up to 22 injured but no mention of death. Either way It's grim and Mexico needs punishing. Fifa and concacaf do nothing but inconsequential fines as they repeatedly still chant "the chant" every window. They aren't alone in Concacaf though.
