I’m happy for you and incredibly jealous mate [emoji38]

I'm incredibly shocked, but also acutely aware of how much of a lucky cunt I've been.

I just wish my immediate F&F got one too (and you guys on here naturally) so that we could all stop having to Eat, Sleep, Refresh and Repeat every Monday.  Unfortunately I'm still going to be queuing like a bastard to get my cousin a ticket.

The wife isn't happy mind.  "Does this mean your going to do away games as often as you used to and I'll be left at home with the dog?" :D

The club have said 250 it won’t be more than that. They won’t sell memberships then lower the ballot allocation

I know/agree. Just would’ve be interesting if there was say choice of 300 then maybe they had a surprise for some.

Don't let her sign up for afterhours 1 on 1 training sessions with the Zumba instructor, would be my advice to you.

@mattypnufc @Earp have you had any communication in terms of providing ID to the Box Office ahead of the season starting?

Just what was on the initial email.  Essentially have to arrange an appointment and go in with photo ID prior to first game of the season.  I'll email them this afternoon to arrange one when I'm in the office in the next few weeks.

"

Ahead of the first fixture of the 2026/27 season, you will need to provide one form of photographic ID at the Box Office in person. This can be done prior to the first match of the 2026/27 season via an appointment through emailing [email protected]. Season tickets will be issued digitally but will not be activated until ID has been verified.

Change of ownership for these season tickets is not available until the 2027/28 season.

That last bit mean you can’t do individual match transfers until season after next?

Marco doesn’t like this.

Completely guessing but I'd be surprised if more than 20,000 out of this 50,000 list would actually buy a ST if it's a new stadium in 8-9 years.

Prices will probably be over £1000 for standard seats. Fatigue might also set in if people are continuously renewing memberships every year and only winning a few ballots a year. If we aren't challenging seriously amongst the top 4, interest will drop.

If we aren't title contenders when and if a new build comes around, I think people who are even 30k in the queue now might get a chance at a ST when the time arrives (if the capacity is 67,000-70,000

Who knows. It doesn’t seem to refer to any additional t&cs when signing up outside of the normal contract.

I’d be amazed if they have a 70k stadium there’s much more than 10k extra season tickets. The club want the day tripper and the added fan base from all over. Cant see there being more than 40k season tickets in a 70k stadium

I interpreted that to mean you can’t assign a different ownership to it?

I just interpreted it as you can’t immediately pass the whole ST onto someone else

Shouldn't be allowed to do that full stop.

It's a seat in a football ground, not a family heirloom.

If you want to give up your ST, then by default the ticket should get recycled by the club to the next person on the waiting list.

What's the point of a waiting list when individuals are able to give up an ST, then decide who can inherit their ticket. It's ticket nepotism.

Special dispensation if someone passes away during the season, a nominated person can use it for the remaining games. Then it goes to waiting list.

Can ST holders still have a membership?

Also, what's to stop somebody offering theirs to somebody in the local for ten grand or something? It's clearly unfair.

You automatically get a standard one (which can be upgraded to a plus one for a tenner), but it's not really much use as you can't use it for tickets (because you already have one for every match). Although there's effectively nothing to stop 'someone else' who happens to live at your address but has a different email, having one.

Debit card has changed since buying last years membership.

Presumably Ross Wilson has accounted for such scenario?

He put his faith in the combined expertise of the box office and IT teams.

Exactly, a black market that would be wide open for abuse if people cotton on and fancied making a few quid.

I don’t know what checks NUFC do when changing the names on ST’s, but I know 2 x lads in their 20’s who had ST’s passed down to them from grandparents last year.

And I met an owld bloke last year who had just been given an ST after his mate passed away and left it to him.
