If you go by what Tripps said, it's a genuine injury, and what else Tripps said made me not lose all hope, it was a little encouraging.

There has been no talk of fine for Isak for missing train which would be a breach of contract. The club mentioned injury and scan then the Mitchell news came out (all this to divert bad press) from a year ago. That means it is the club's decision, not the player downing tools.

He looks at it from an owners perspective and he doesn’t like the games Liverpool and Isak are playing. Sure there will be some engagement but I’d bet there would be far more raging Newcastle fans engaging if he said we should let Isak go
